These are the Terms of Service for emotes. If you're looking for the Terms of Service for general illustrations, please visit the link below:
To commission me, you must read and agree to these Terms of Service.
Prohibited Content
- You're responsible for making sure your requested emotes adhere to the Terms of Service and/or Community Guidelines of your target platforms.
- I will not accept requests that will result in creation of politically charged imagery, even if said imagery is allowed by TOS / Community Guidelines of your target platforms.
General
- Emotes and Illustrations share a queue. If I'm currently working on an illustration, you will have to wait even if there's no other emote orders in front of you in the queue.
- I'm currently not a full-time artist, so the process of fulfilling your commission request may take up to a few weeks, maybe longer.
- Top part of this website always shows how many commission slots I have available. If you notice that it says something like "0/5" or "None", I'm not available for commissions.
- I reserve the right to refuse any commission submission without providing a reason.
- If you change your mind before I contact you about your commission (before the payment), please indicate this when we establish contact.
Payments and Refunds
- All the prices are on this website are in United States Dollars (USD).
- Payment for the commission must only be done via a PayPal invoice.
- Payment for the commission must be completed 100% upfront after I accept your commission and we reach an agreement via your preferred method of contact.
- Payments are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE unless I become unable to draw, which would lead to the commission getting cancelled.
- When issuing a refund, I won't be able to cover any applicable service fees. Likewise, you do not have to have to cover service fees when paying me.
Process
- FOR STATIC EMOTES: After I begin working on your commission, any adjustments and changes must be requested before you approve the final sketch.
- FOR ANIMATED EMOTES: All changes to the overall design must be requested before you approve the sketch. You're allowed to request changes to the animation up to 2 times per emote, as to not slow down the queue too much for the other requesters.
- As an artist that thrives on freedom, I may introduce changes to the requested characters' designs in order to adapt them to my style.
Rights and Usage
- The client receives commercial rights to the resulting images.
- As the artist, I retain the authorship of the resulting images as well as the rights to display them. You agree to not claim to be the author of these images or otherwise credit the authorship of these images to anyone else but me.
- The client may not use my art for AI (artificial intelligence), machine learning, AI/ML training or NFT (non-fungible token).
